While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to scheduled maintenance or emergency updates. Our platform includes community features and galleries to inspire creativity among users.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use LOID AI, you must be 13 or older and provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities under your account. You must use our service for lawful purposes only and avoid generating inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content. This includes violent, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or content that violates others' privacy rights.

Image Generation and Ownership

You own all images you create with LOID and can use them for both personal and commercial purposes. We retain no ownership rights to your generated content, though we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models. You're responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies and may showcase user creations with your permission.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Our subscription plans offer monthly and annual billing with automatic renewal unless cancelled. We'll communicate price changes 30 days in advance, and refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers, and you're responsible for all charges and fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

LOID is provided "as is" without warranties, and we don't guarantee specific results or outcomes from AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, and we're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. The LOID platform, AI models, and technology are our property, and our trademarks are protected. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute our technology, and we expect you to respect others' intellectual property rights.

Termination and Changes

You may cancel your account at any time, and we may terminate accounts for policy violations. Upon termination, your access ends, and account data will be deleted within 30 days. We may update these terms periodically, and significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of LOID constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
